This website is operated by Global High Tech LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What this page covers

These terms govern use of the website only. Any work we carry out for you is governed by the proposal, quotation or contract signed for that specific engagement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Information on this site

We aim to keep the content accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, capabilities and deliverables are indicative — the scope of any project is defined in writing before work begins.

Operix is currently in development and is not generally available. Any description of it on this site is a statement of intent, not a commitment to specific features or a release date.

Submissions

When you submit an enquiry or upload files, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate.
• You have the right to share any files or materials you upload.
• You are not submitting anything unlawful, malicious or infringing.

We may decline or remove any submission, and may restrict access to the site where it is being used abusively or automatically.

Intellectual property

The Global High Tech name, logo, site design and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers as set out in that project's agreement, typically on final payment.

Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services for scheduling, email delivery and security, and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
