Who we are

Global High Tech LLC (trading as Global High Tech (GHT)) is headquartered in New York, NY 10150, United States, with operations in Guinea and West Africa. We are the controller of the personal information described below.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us, plus limited technical data:

• Project enquiries. Name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, city, the services you selected, budget and timeline ranges, your message, your preferred contact method and any files you choose to attach.
• Consultation bookings. Name, business email, company, country, optional phone and website, what you would like to discuss, and how you heard about us.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive from a campaign link, we record the UTM parameters and the page you landed on so we know which channels bring enquiries.
• Security data. To detect abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser user-agent string alongside submission attempts. We do not store the IP address itself.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — this is why you contacted us.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about consultations you have booked.
• To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.
• To send occasional business insights — only if you separately opted in. The privacy consent on our forms does not subscribe you to anything.

Who processes it

We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. Data submitted through this site is handled by:

• Cloudflare — hosting, private file storage, and Turnstile for spam protection.
• Google — Cloud Firestore, where your enquiry and booking details are stored; and Google Calendar and Meet, which issue the calendar invitation and meeting link when you book a call.
• Resend — delivery of your confirmation email and our internal notification.
• Cal.com — consultation scheduling, where a call is booked through a Cal.com booking page rather than directly on this site.
• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement, where enabled. We do not send your name, email, phone number or message content to analytics.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Files you upload

Attachments are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly accessible and is not served from any public URL. They are retrievable only by our team, and only in connection with your enquiry.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for the duration of the relationship and as long as required for tax and contractual purposes afterwards.
• Security and abuse records: 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@globalhightech.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with equivalent law, these rights apply to you regardless of where we are located.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, without affecting our ability to reply to your enquiry.

International transfers

We operate across the United States, Guinea and internationally, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own. We apply the same handling standards wherever it is processed.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
